I acknowledge and respect the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples on whose unceded lands I am fortunate to live, work, and play. I have only started on this journey of learning and actively engaging and have so much more to learn about my responsibilities to the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples whose historical relationship with the land continue to this day.
